• Your audio profiles will be maintained on our website in the ’My Profile’ page for each of your headset configurations.
• You can down load your profile and MyEars-Connect on any PC you are currently using.
• There is no limit to the number of times you can tune up and download your profile.
• It is not advisable to use someone else’s profile as it won’t work anywhere near as well as your own and could lead to disorientation and mild vertigo.
